Having graduated from Bilkent University Faculty of Law in 2018 with an Honor degree, Atty. Aktan Gülbenk started his MA in Accounting Finance with Thesis at Başkent University in the same year. He made his thesis studies on the capital loss and insolvency of companies within the framework of Article 376 of the TCC.
He started his career as an intern registered to Ankara Bar Association. After receiving his license, he continued practicing Atty. Esma GÜLBENK. Afterwards, he established the Gülbenk-Kavlakoğlu Law Office with other partners in 2020 and continues his activities under this roof.
In order to provide legal consultancy and other legal services to both domestic and foreign clients by benefiting from 30 years of professional experience and knowledge of Gülbenk Consultancy and Gülbenk CPA, Gülbenk & Kavlakoğlu Law Firm is founded by Atty. Esma Gülbenk, Atty. Aktan Gülbenk and Atty. Taha Kavlakoğlu.
